Maribeth is the best! She gave good practical advise to us on what was important to address in the house and what was not. I appreciated her proactive approach in addressing any issues with the big three- water, mold and radon ahead of time. As we worked through the process she was spot on with her assessment of how the appraisal would come out and that we would not have any issues with the increased due diligence around an FHA inspection and water testing. Very professional and confident just what want in your agent!
